I am posting this super late. I at first had to wait for my website to be graded (got 98%), and then I just procrastinated too much. I love finals week. I take a lot of project-based classes, so I normally don’t have too many big tests. I only had two this quarter. Before you say how easy my life is (Mom…) MJ only had three, so barely more. MJ and I both got straight As this quarter. It is especially awesome because MJ got an A in the quarter of biology that people say is the hardest. It requires at least 95% to get an A.
We had a chill weekend before finals. Our finals schedule was also really easy, so we had most of the day free. We tried a new church. It was really good. Hopefully, MJ will have a couple of free weekends next quarter. The picture below is of us and some of our friends.
MJ and I then, as usual, got ice cream from Pine Cone. After that, we did nothing in our room. We were counting the days until we could go home. MJ couldn’t completely relax after finals because she had a music tour. Icantori went to San Fransico, California, and performed at schools along the way. Luckily, Mom was able to go with MJ for this tour. That meant Mom and MJ have a shorter spring break which sucks.
I had to fly home by myself this week. I wasn’t nervous until a couple of days before my flight. Then I got super nervous flying alone, especially because of my layover. I was supposed to have a 5-hour layover in Seattle by myself. Luckily, Mom had me switch airlines, so I only had a 1-hour layover. Everything went super smooth, but it was a long day. I had to drive one of our friends to Pasco for her flight. Pasco is about an hour away from Walla Walla. Then get back and finish packing before flying out myself. I made it, but I told Mom I don’t want to do that again. Next up is Spring Break!
